Overview

The Revenue Lead will work independently to ensure timely and accurate evaluations of coverage changes in the revenue cycle, with a focus on insurance and collections.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Revenue cycle experience required.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently post-training.
  • Knowledge of insurance and collections is a plus.
  • Experience in documentation practices.
  • Strong communication skills for team collaboration.
  • Ability to identify root causes of issues.
  • Willingness to participate in professional development programs.
