This position involves training patients to manage their own dialysis at home, providing comprehensive patient care, and empowering patients through education.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 12 months of RN experience.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license.
• Previous dialysis experience is a plus.
• Training/Teaching background preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies is beneficial.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
