Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator - Registered Nurse - Remote

Overview

As a Cardiopulmonary Educator with CVS Health, you will have the opportunity to use your clinical skills to be an educator to your patients and their caregivers, helping them understand their complex Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) therapies by providing infusion training and clinical support.

• Work primarily within a 2-3 hour drive of Philadelphia, PA.
• Flexibility to travel to other East Coast states 30-40% of the time.
• Direct-hire, full-time position.
• Consult and collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Assist patients with infused or inhaled therapies for PAH.
• Develop relationships with patients and caregivers.
• Participate in on-call rotation for weekend coverage.
• Travel required via car and airplane.
• Work from home when not visiting patients.
• Must reside within one hour of Philadelphia International Airport.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a current unrestricted license in PA.
• Two years of experience in critical care or home infusion.
• Ability to build relationships with medical personnel.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Experience with PAH preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is helpful.
• RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing.
