The Revenue Operations (ROPS) Educator I supports the delivery, evaluation and management of learning programs, providing impactful learning experiences and resources to build skills across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Education, or related area - Preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience - Preferred.
• Effective training and presentation skills - Required.
• Passion for training and people development - Required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - Required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - Required.
• Independent judgment and decision-making skills - Required.
• Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint - Preferred.
• Effective planning and time management skills - Required.
