Overview

The Revenue Operations (ROPS) Educator I supports the delivery, evaluation and management of learning programs, providing impactful learning experiences and resources to build skills and competencies across the organization.

In Short

• Delivers informal and formal learning solutions.
• Prepares for training delivery for in-person and remote solutions.
• Encourages participation and builds learner motivation.
• Participates in training projects and activities.
• Assists in the design and development of learning solutions.
• Coordinates onboarding of new teammates.
• Updates reporting dashboards and calendars.
• Collaborates with leadership and program sponsors.
• Utilizes learning metrics to measure impact.
• Maintains existing Curriculum Plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Education, or related area.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Effective training and presentation skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Effective planning and time management skills required.
• Independent judgement and decision-making skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint preferred.
