Software Development Tester Lead - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with a strong background in test team management, agile methodologies, and automation testing.

• Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals in an Agile (Scrum) environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field or 4 years of related experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a QA Lead or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Proficient in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Good English level (Speaking, writing, and reading).
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and performance testing tools.
