Overview

As the Lead Software Development, you’ll play a central role in overseeing cutting-edge software and hardware projects, acting as the key link between teams, stakeholders, and end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in software development/embedded software.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong affinity for software projects and technology.
• Familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
