Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years in software development/embedded software.
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
At least 2 years of project management experience.
Strong affinity for software projects and technology.
Familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
