Associate Service Delivery Manager - Remote

Overview

The Associate Service Delivery Manager (Supervisor) oversees the delivery of specific transcosmos' Services. They support the Service Delivery Manager to identify service requirements, and develop service strategy, which they will be part of a service team to execute.

In Short

• Oversee the management of a service including Service Management and line management of the staff.
• Ensure services are delivered to a consistently exceptional standard as defined in the SOWs.
• Work with the Service Delivery Manager to develop clear Service strategies, objectives, and goals.
• Set and monitor detailed KPI’s for effective day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and improve Team Leader performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote positive employee behaviors by leading by example.
• Represent the Managed Services Department with transcosmos’ customers.
