Customer Opinion Research Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Customer Opinion Research Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback from various channels to assess satisfaction and identify trends. This role involves categorizing and monitoring data, interpreting results, and preparing detailed reports to support strategic business decisions.

• Read and manually categorize customer comments in English to identify key issues and feedback themes.
• Conduct internet research to gather information on software problems reported by customers.
• Daily reporting.
• Analyze collected data and create clear, concise summaries and presentations using PowerPoint.
• Perform market research and product comparisons to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• At least High school diploma or equivalent, College level preferred.
• Fluency in English (C1).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general troubleshooting tools.
• Highly customer-focused mindset — patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow procedures.
• Prior experience in BPO and Customer Service and/or technical account.
