Overview

The Global Customer Research (GCR) team is looking for a talented individual to analyze customer data and provide insights that will impact business decisions at GM.

In Short

  • Gather and analyze voice of the customer data.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to inform business decisions.
  • Assist in framing research objectives for internal stakeholders.
  • Apply appropriate research methodologies for project goals.
  • Monitor primary research execution and analyze results.
  • Identify key insights from data analysis.
  • Manage supplier relationships and project timelines.
  • Conduct special analyses using current and secondary data sources.
  • Utilize DIY tools for market research.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-3 years of market research experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with AI principles in market research.
  • Experience with statistical concepts and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python preferred.
  • Experience with Qualtrics and m-Tab is a plus.
  • Confidence to guide stakeholders through research phases.
