Overview

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be the primary liaison for assisting customers with billing-related questions and troubleshooting system and hardware issues in both Portuguese and English.

In Short

  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and cases.
  • Assist customers with billing and contract-related requests.
  • Educate customers about services and schedule installations.
  • Troubleshoot user-reported issues with software and hardware.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts.

  • Perform additional tasks aligned with business needs.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people.
  • Effective follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Great planning and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2).
