Overview

The Customer Solutions Specialist (CSS) plays a crucial role in enhancing the patient prescription experience by providing innovative electronic solutions to healthcare provider (HCP) offices in their assigned territory.

In Short

  • Field-based role in Florida, primarily serving HCP offices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on AbbVie’s in-office portals and access solutions.
  • Partner with AbbVie field teams to implement solutions for HCPs.
  • Evaluate and diagnose areas of delay in patient Rx experience.
  • Develop relationships with HCP offices to enhance portal usage.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams in a compliant manner.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales or relevant fields.
  • Strong understanding of drug acquisition processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience with drugs requiring prior authorization.
  • Strong understanding of immunology specialty biologics.
  • Prior healthcare sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally to drive results.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations in pharmaceuticals.
  • Ability to uncover patient needs through dialogue.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
