In Short

  • Handle cardholder inquiries by phone, chat or email
  • Build customer loyalty through effective communication
  • Research customer inquiries using appropriate tools
  • Determine root causes and identify solutions
  • Leverage product knowledge to guide customers
  • Provide compassionate, timely resolution to inquiries
  • Document customer inquiries and feedback
  • Serve as brand ambassador for Imprint

Requirements

  • 2+ years Customer Support experience
  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Financial services or Fintech experience
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Patience and empathy for customer frustrations
  • Weekend and night availability
  • Shift details: Tuesday through Saturday 12:30pm-9:00pm EST
