• Design Imprint's internal agent platform from the ground up.
• Create 50+ specialized AI agents automating workflows across various departments.
• Build secure, scalable agent orchestration systems integrating with existing tech stack.
• Partner with teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Integrate AI with internal systems.
• Transform manual processes into intelligent workflows.
• Create intuitive interfaces for non-technical users.
• Rapidly prototype using cutting-edge AI frameworks.
• Implement RAG pipelines and embedding systems.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, or Python.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks.
• Production experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Deep understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of AI safety and security practices.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Experience building internal tools.
• Strong API design and system integration skills.
