Overview

The Customer Solutions Specialist (CSS) is a key member of the Access and Reimbursement team within AbbVie Patient Services, responsible for enhancing the patient prescription experience through effective solutions.

In Short

  • Field-based role requiring proximity to the primary city.
  • Represents AbbVie’s in-office portals and access-related solutions.
  • Partners with field teams to improve HCP office processes.
  • Develops relationships with HCP offices and provides updates on new functionalities.
  • Communicates with field teams in a compliant manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2+ years experience with drugs requiring prior authorization.
  • Strong understanding of drug acquisition in the immunology specialty space.
  • Excellent territory and account management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulations affecting prescribing pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer aptitude required.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening test.
