In Short

• Develop and implement portfolio and category strategies to achieve targets.
• Own the category P&L, setting ambitious targets for growth.
• Lead global portfolio strategy, identifying growth opportunities.
• Define pricing and promotion guidelines to achieve margin goals.
• Collaborate with product development to align new products with brand positioning.
• Develop and orchestrate the activation calendar across channels.
• Manage budgets and investment priorities.
• Inspire and lead teams with energy and focus on results.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FMCG brand management.
• Passion for the brand and its mission.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a decisive mindset.
• Proven track record in brand strategy and product development.
• Proficient in market research and data analysis.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work from Hamburg HQ 2-3 days/week.
• Fluent in English and German.
