Overview

As a Retail Account Manager at TP-Link, you have the opportunity to be a change agent within the organization, acting as a liaison between client companies, sales management, and operations staff.

In Short

  • Manage and improve customer and internal relationships to grow TP-Link’s business.
  • Strengthen relationships with Retail Partners through training and promotional opportunities.

  • Manage sales, inventory, and forecast for retail partners.
  • Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to retailers.
  • Problem solve business-related issues and generate actionable plans.
  • Track competition promotions and performance.
  • Develop and implement promotional plans in ad and digital.
  • Create detailed presentations for retailers.
  • Communicate business issues clearly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and market understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
