Overview

As Sales System Manager, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing our sales systems, processes, and technologies to drive efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth.

In Short

  • Lead key projects related to the optimization of sales tools.

  • Implement and manage integrations between sales tools.
  • Develop and maintain sales processes and workflows within the CRM system.

  • Actively engage in day-to-day operations and tackle challenges.
  • Own or assume a key role in designing and leading the Customer Sales Tool roadmap.
  • Become a trusted business partner to Customer Leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales operations or CRM administration.
  • Proven experience administering and optimizing CRM systems.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Collaborative and proactive in driving team success.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
