Overview

We are seeking a highly versatile and experienced Senior Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Sales leaders to strategically attract and hire top-tier sales talent across all levels - from individual contributors to VP level.

In Short

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates for all Sales roles.
  • Proactively source, identify and engage top-performing talent across global markets.
  • Conduct thorough candidate outreach and screening across multiple channels.
  • Design and coordinate customized interview processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Communicate effectively and consistently with internal teams.
  • Onboard and integrate into Toptal through virtual introductions.
  • Gain a clear understanding of success criteria and begin shaping hiring strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve the sales recruiting function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 8+ years of proven success in recruitment.
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting from professional services environments.
  • Experience hiring for roles that require P&L ownership.
  • Strong ability to recognize exceptional talent.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive talent hunter with a team-first mindset.
