Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruiting process for mid and senior-level roles in Sales and Marketing, focusing on building talent pipelines and enhancing candidate experiences.

In Short

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Sales and Marketing roles.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct 20+ phone screens per week.
  • Lead structured interviews and debriefs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Provide market and compensation insights.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on hiring priorities.
  • Utilize data to track progress and optimize processes.
  • Promote diversity and equitable hiring practices.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Compensation teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Sales and Marketing.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience working with leaders at all levels.
  • Expertise in data-driven recruiting.
  • Familiarity with high-volume Revenue Ops and marketing teams.
  • Experience with Gem and Greenhouse or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • A passion for candidate experience and company values.
