  • Join the talent acquisition team as a Senior Sales Recruiter.
  • Responsible for identifying and acquiring top software sales professionals.
  • Coach and train a recruiting team on best practices.

  • Source, recruit, interview, and close candidates for Corporate Sales roles.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition leadership with new tools and processes.
  • Negotiate compensation packages for senior/executive-level positions.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition projects based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Track record of filling senior and complex positions.
  • Ability to build partnerships with Sales leadership.
  • Creative sourcing strategies and results-driven mentality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High self-awareness and resilience.
  • Open to working flexible hours.
