As a senior member of Ramp’s growing sales recruiting team, you will play a critical role in scaling our sales and partnerships functions, driving full-cycle recruiting strategies to attract and hire world-class go-to-market talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience.
  • Ability to partner with sales leadership and advise on hiring strategy.
  • Focus on candidate experience while driving efficiency.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in recruiting metrics.
  • Ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
