Toptal is seeking a Practice Director for its Data Services practice, focusing on driving growth and innovation in data strategy, governance, architecture, analytics, and business intelligence.

• Lead the vision and growth of Toptal's Data Services practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in data & analytics, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, architecture, and BI tools.
• P&L management experience in a services organization.
• Familiarity with SQL, ETL tools, and cloud data platforms.
• Proven experience in packaging and pricing enterprise data solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
• Must be a world-class individual contributor.
