Overview

The Toolio Implementation Specialist guides customers throughout their onboarding to the Toolio platform, collaborating closely with them to understand unique requirements and manage the implementation process.

• Learn the Toolio product to advise customers on best practices and configurations.
• Engage with customers to configure the product and integrations to meet their needs.
• Partner with customers to solve problems related to data and integrations.
• Lead weekly meetings to ensure effective onboarding and implementation.
• Manage data onboarding projects in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager.
• Collaborate across teams to create a seamless customer experience.
• Create technical design documentation for customer understanding.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Business/Data Analytics, SaaS Implementation, or related fields.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of data integration tools.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools or SQL preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Positive, self-motivated with the ability to adapt to change.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations (10-20%).
