Toolio is seeking a passionate SaaS, Merchandising or Planning expert to support customers by providing training and best practices, ensuring exceptional post-sales support and customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Develop a deep understanding of the Toolio product offering.
• Lead training and user adoption for Toolio customers.
• Collaborate with Implementation Specialists and Customer Success Managers.
• Stay up-to-date on retail industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to webinars, case studies, and training materials.
• Advocate for customers to Product teams.
• Present onboarding plans during the pre-sales process.

Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS solutions for retail planning or merchandising.
• Experience leading solution design with customers.
• Passionate about elevating brands and solving complex issues.
• Experience presenting to stakeholders at various levels.
• Organized, proactive, and motivated.
• Comfortable with traveling to customer locations (25-30%).
• Familiarity with planning software like Toolio, Blue Yonder, Oracle.
