Overview

The Solution Consultant at Nexthink will support the sales organization by providing presales support and delivering innovative value propositions to executive audiences within enterprise accounts.

In Short

  • Travel domestically and occasionally internationally for client meetings.
  • Participate in company events as a speaker.

  • Engage with senior leaders and executives effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a presales or technical consulting role.
  • Experience with SaaS/Cloud-based solutions.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience in workplace services and digital experience monitoring.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and quality of service disciplines.
  • Strong problem-solving and account management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn quickly.
