Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Toolio, you will help retailers maximize value from our merchandise planning platform by managing client relationships and project implementations.

In Short

  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing success.
  • Lead customer implementations and define project goals.
  • Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and facilitate meetings.
  • Contribute to customer-specific marketing activities.
  • Develop processes for self-service onboarding and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with teams to manage renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Advocate for the customer within the organization.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4+ years in customer success or project management, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong project management skills including resource planning and risk mitigation.
  • Experience in merchandising or retail workflows is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup is valued.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
