In Short

  • Lead and develop the Food Service Key Account Management Team in Switzerland.
  • Manage and optimize key accounts in the Food Service and Fast Casual sectors.
  • Develop growth strategies for partner businesses.
  • Plan and execute diverse projects in Key Account Management.
  • Identify improvement potential and create action plans with account managers.
  • Analyze performance reports and forecast for internal planning.
  • Strengthen relationships with key partners and embed the movement against food waste.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and PR departments.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Key Account Management or B2B (ideally FMCG).
  • Deep industry experience and extensive knowledge of the Swiss Fast Casual market.
  • Experience in a global company or scale-up, preferably in Key Account Management.
  • Leadership experience in Key Account or B2B sectors.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with business partners.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a “Can-do” attitude.
  • Strong numerical and data understanding; experience with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce).
  • Project management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
  • Team player with a strong identification with our mission to reduce food waste.
