Overview

Toma is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to own and optimize the infrastructure behind our GTM engine. You will be a critical partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, managing our revenue tech stack, streamlining processes, and enabling data-driven growth. In Short

  • Own and manage core revenue tech stack including HubSpot, Clay, Stripe.
  • Assess, implement, and maintain new tools for sales efficiency.
  • Build and manage automated workflows for lead routing and follow-ups.
  • Conduct regular CRM audits for data consistency and reporting accuracy.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to build dashboards and reports tracking KPIs.
  • Maintain and evolve forecasting models for revenue predictability.
  • Support territory planning and account segmentation.
  • Help onboard new GTM team members with tool configuration and training.
  • Source and maintain dealership directory data for market visibility.
  • Continuously evaluate market data to improve targeting and lead prioritization.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Business Systems role.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Stripe, Clay, and related tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for making systems work for humans.
  • Proactive, process-oriented thinker who thrives on enabling others.
