Overview

The Customer Success Manager (AI SaaS) will own relationships, drive adoption, and grow revenue across a portfolio of dealership accounts in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

In Short

  • Own the post-onboarding success of a portfolio of dealerships.
  • Build deep relationships with champions and decision-makers.
  • Drive usage, renewals, and expansion across accounts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews.
  • Ensure dealers realize time-to-value quickly.
  • Identify product gaps and work cross-functionally to solve them.
  • Track adoption and health signals; proactively intervene to prevent churn.
  • Partner with Onboarding and Support Specialists for smooth transitions.
  • Contribute to internal playbooks for renewals and health management.
  • Help define what great Customer Success looks like in an AI-native environment.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role at a SaaS company.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of B2B customers focused on retention and growth.
  • Experience working with AI/LLM products or voice platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take initiative.
  • Comfort with technical products, workflows, and tools.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams.
  • Hunger to be part of a fast-moving and meaningful project.
