Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, ensuring long-term customer success, retention, and growth.

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
  • Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities.
  • Analyze customer health metrics and develop scorecards.
  • Lead customer meetings and presentations.
  • Advocate for customers internally.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Account Management experience in a SaaS environment.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong ability to manage enterprise-level customer relationships.
  • Passionate about customer success.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
