PeopleHub Partner, Employee Relations - Remote

Overview

The PeopleHub Partner, Employee Relations (PHP-ER) is responsible for engaging with employees and leaders at critical moments in the employee lifecycle to ensure an equitable, inclusive, and respectful experience consistent with Toast’s policies, values, and culture.

In Short

• Lead routine workplace investigations and sensitive compliance matters.
• Manage high-risk conflict resolution and formal complaints.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies.
• Provide expertise on complex medical accommodations.
• Partner closely with the PeopleHub Partner team.
• Analyze case trends and compliance data.
• Collaborate with Legal and ER COE on escalations.
• Identify opportunities to improve ER tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or a Master’s degree and 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience in leading workplace investigations.
• Ability to support diverse teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong experience in labor relations situations.
• Solid understanding of U.S. employment law.
• Ability to identify risks and translate data into insights.
• Excited about AI integration in HR processes.
