Requirements

  • 2–10 years of experience in outbound sales or SDR leadership.
  • Experience as an SDR Manager or similar role with a track record of promotions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and systems-building skills.
  • Familiarity with SDR tooling such as Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Clearbit.
  • Experience creating or refining outbound programs in startups.
  • Ability to coach SDRs to enhance market understanding.
  • Data-driven and proactive approach to improving pipeline quality.
