As the Head of Talent Acquisition at TLDR, you will scale our talent acquisition engine, ensuring we hire exceptional candidates while maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Manage the complete recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Design and implement scalable recruiting processes.
• Source and manage relationships with external recruiting partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech startups.
• Experience managing external recruiting agencies.
• Strong skills in assessing both skills and cultural fit.
• Expertise with modern ATS platforms.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting metrics.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to balance speed and quality in hiring.
• Proactive in identifying hiring needs.
