A terrific opportunity to lead our Talent Acquisition team, developing the strategy and responsible for the delivery of bringing the best talent to Lendable. We’re looking for someone who can think big and execute effectively, an inspirational leader who can partner with Executives and be the Talent expert for Lendable.

• Coach Hiring Managers in recruiting techniques.

• Define key performance metrics for recruitment.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• Experience managing a Talent Acquisition team.
• Strong experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• In-depth knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Passionate about candidate experience.
• Data fluency and metrics driven.
• Ability to be both strategic and hands-on.
• Highly collaborative with strong listening skills.
