  • Comfortable in a high-volume, outbound-heavy recruiting environment.
  • Develop and execute a reimagined clinical recruiting strategy.
  • Identify inefficiencies in recruiting workflows and optimize processes.
  • Communicate and collaborate with leaders across the organization.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary and distributed recruiting team.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends for physician and clinical recruitment.
  • Drive operational excellence and uphold standardized processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of clinical recruiter experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong communication skills and leadership presence.
  • Experience in coaching and providing feedback to teammates.
  • Data-driven and technology-enabled with experience in process optimization.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
