Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in a global matrix environment.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing TA teams.
• Strategic problem-solver with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of driving talent strategies.
• Strong knowledge of HR technology and recruitment analytics.
• Experience in scaling recruitment functions in complex environments.
• Exceptional ability to translate business needs into hiring solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
