Requirements

• 12+ years in talent acquisition, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading a TA team of 15+ in high-growth tech startups.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Skilled at advising senior leaders and aligning hiring strategies.
• Experienced in employer branding initiatives.
• Committed to developing and coaching teams.
