Overview

The Inside Sales Team Lead will drive our inside sales accounts engine and scale our SMB and mid-market sponsorship revenue, acting as a player-coach to build and manage a high-velocity sales team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B media or digital advertising sales, with management experience.
  • Proven track record of coaching sales reps to exceed goals.
  • Expertise in CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of the ad sales funnel.
  • Highly organized and analytical with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills for team alignment.
  • Builder mentality with problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in scaling inside sales teams.
