As an Inside Sales - Team Lead at Flipdish, you will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of inside sales account executives, driving their performance, and ensuring the success of sales initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing a sales team.
• Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and sales metrics.
• Ability to coach and motivate different personality types.
