Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at CKSource, you will be the technical bridge between our products and our customers, supporting the sales team and ensuring customer success.

In Short

• Support the sales team in pre-sales calls with technical expertise.
• Prepare and deliver tailored product demos.
• Conduct technical support calls and provide L1 support.
• Run customer onboarding sessions.
• Prepare technical documentation and integration guides.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Collect customer feedback for actionable insights.
• Create and maintain a knowledge base.
• Write workarounds and integration examples.
• Deepen technical knowledge of products.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Understanding of web applications and REST APIs.
• Experience with API testing tools.
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools and LLM solutions.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (Docker, AWS, etc.).
• Ability to deliver technical presentations.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Good English communication skills (C1+).
