• Scaling globally, we are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our remote team of 270+ from around the world.
• Responsible for end-to-end email campaign production, execution, list management, compliance, and deliverability.
• Design, build, and optimize email templates and sequences.
• Manage email campaigns in Pardot and Gong Engage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct experiments to enhance email marketing efforts.
• Ensure email templates adhere to best practices for deliverability.
• Report on results and provide insights to the marketing organization.
• Build and maintain email segmentation lists.
• Develop scalable processes for email request intake and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably at a SaaS or technology company.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Experience with campaign setup, audience segmentation, and email deployment.
• Proficiency with Pardot, Salesforce, and other marketing tools.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
• Proven project management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
