• Seeking a proactive Associate FP&A Analyst with 4-8 years of experience.
• Responsible for preparing detailed financial analysis and coordinating budget inputs.
• Execute the monthly financial reporting process.
• Contribute to quarterly forecasts and rolling financial outlooks.
• Design and maintain financial models and reporting templates.
• Analyze profitability drivers and key performance indicators.
• Serve as a financial liaison for internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting processes.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in Accounting, Banking, FP&A, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Self-starter attitude.
• Experience with enterprise-level financial planning systems is a plus.
• Exposure to corporate budgeting and forecasting cycles is desirable.
