Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at TigerData, you will own a portfolio of high-impact accounts and play a direct role in revenue retention, expansion, and customer advocacy while helping customers adopt faster and grow.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in customer success motions.
  • Hands-on technical experience with databases.
  • Ability to translate between business goals and technical complexity.
  • Experience building or iterating on CS playbooks.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Curiosity about AI tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
