Requirements

• 7+ years in growth marketing or demand generation roles.
• Experience in performance marketing and acquisition funnels.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo).
• Experience in A/B testing and user journey optimization.
• Working knowledge of AI tools.
