At Heard, we’re building the financial back office for therapists and wellness practitioners in private practice, and we’re growing fast. We are hiring a hands-on Senior Growth Marketing Manager with deep B2B SaaS acquisition experience and expert skills in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

In Short

• Lead and execute growth acquisition strategy focused on paid search and social.
• Optimize in-platform Paid Search and Paid Social to hit targets.
• Own the acquisition budget and weekly pacing.
• Develop and execute growth experimentation roadmap.
• Spearhead channel expansion experiments.
• Partner with Sales Leadership for lead flow alignment.
• Own acquisition reporting and forecasting.
• Maintain tracking and attribution hygiene across platforms.
• Write high-performing ad copy and develop creative briefs.

Requirements

• Expert skill in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in B2B SaaS acquisition.
• Strong experimentation program management.
• Fluency in funnel analytics and executive communication.
• Proficiency in writing ad copy and creating briefs.
• Organized and proactive in a fast-moving environment.
