Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a creative Growth Marketing Manager who thinks cross-channel communication, understands user behavior, and engages our users along their journey with strong content. In this role, you will work at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, shaping effective growth measures – from initial activation to user retention and reactivation.

In Short

• You will take responsibility for the conception, implementation, and further development of our growth strategies.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and data teams to develop content and communication paths throughout the entire user lifecycle.
• Develop data-driven measures to improve retention and reduce churn rate, testing them iteratively in conjunction with the product.
• Work closely with our Creative Studio to develop target group-specific content for email, push, in-app, and social.
• Contribute your ideas to cross-channel campaigns, ensuring our brand message is consistent, emotional, and effective.

Requirements

• Ideally, you have experience in growth management, performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle, or content marketing in an app or mobile-first environment.
• You understand how to engage users along their journey and develop effective communication measures for various product categories.
• You work creatively and structured: campaigns, A/B tests, segmentations, and copy are part of your daily life.
• You have a good sense of target groups and experience collaborating with design, product, and data teams.
• You are fluent in German and English and enjoy creating content that truly reaches families.
