Overview

As the Head of Product Marketing at TigerData, you will lead the team responsible for how we bring products to market, focusing on positioning, messaging, technical storytelling, and launches.

In Short

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of senior PMM individual contributors.
• Define and evolve product positioning and messaging.
• Drive end-to-end product launches including positioning, content, and GTM coordination.
• Contribute directly to strategic product marketing projects.
• Set high standards for developer-first marketing quality.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for messaging accuracy.
• Work cross-functionally to scale product stories.
• Build repeatable processes and messaging frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience leading PMM teams, particularly in developer-first companies.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and product managers.
• Proven track record of successful product launches.
• Strong storytelling skills with technical depth.
• Experience coaching and guiding individual contributors.
• Ability to collaborate fluidly across functions.
