Overview

The Insurance Risk Lead at Tide will oversee the development, implementation, and management of the risk framework related to the company’s insurance activities, focusing on underwriting risk, claims management, pricing, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Strong background in insurance within an MGA model.
• Experience in underwriting and claims management.
• Knowledge of SME product lines is ideal.
• Experience in a technology-driven company preferred.
• Hands-on approach to risk management with a proven execution track record.
• Familiarity with regulatory capital management and stress testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of risk governance and compliance in the UK market.
• Collaborative mindset with resilience in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience in a second line of defense (2LOD) team.
