Overview

As an Onboarding Support Specialist at Tide, you will assist potential members in navigating the onboarding process, ensuring they have a seamless experience while promoting Tide's services.

In Short

  • Call potential members who have downloaded the Tide app.
  • Guide them through the onboarding process and answer their questions.
  • Utilize persuasion skills to convert leads into members.
  • Collaborate with the KYC team to verify documentation.
  • Upsell Tide products to prospective leads.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Maintain a member-first mentality.
  • Be self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ideally have knowledge of compliance and FinTech.
  • Experience with Zendesk or predictive dialers is a plus.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in spoken and written German.
  • Previous customer service or telesales experience.
  • Focused on revenue and upselling.
  • Self-starter and target-driven.
  • Comfortable with constant change.
  • Member-first mentality.
  • Self-motivated and conscientious.
  • Knowledge of compliance, KYC, AML regulations.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar tools.
